What is the best thing that I love about my work?  
Making my hobby my job.

Finding happiness in the simple things of life.

To want people’s empathy.

Taking part of the Milano Expo 2016, where I exposed all my work that I love so much, 
the Brazilian Minas Gerais Cuisine. 

On what occasion would I lie?
To protect or not to harm someone.

What is the influence of role models, in my work and in my life?
My mother Maria, who has always been at my side, adding love, dedication and 
her “tempero” (seasoning).  

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
Washing pots and pans.  

When and where was I the happiest, in my work?  
Taking part of the Milano Expo 2016.

If I could, what would I change about myself?
I’d be more patient.

What is my greatest achievement in work? 
To start my own business from scratch and now have so many customers who love the food I make.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city?
To people watch at many spots along the Grand Canal, in Venice.  

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime?
My mother.

Whom would I like to work with in the future?
Bela Gil, a Brazilian chef. Like her, I believe in a delicious and natural cuisine.  

What project, in the nearby future, am I looking forward to work on?
To open a “lanchonete,” a snack bar as we call them in Brazil, 
where everyone can taste vegan and vegetarian food with tapioca.
