What is the best thing that I love about my work? The drunkenness – not to be attached to a place, to be opened to the energies, to what connects, in the process even the experience of the temporality becomes different.

What is my idea of perfect happiness? ( …) an animist vision … some kinds of child dreams…

What is my greatest fear? That the shame does not go out with the death

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I m always apologize for everything …or nothing, of the evil to understand / include,  what is important …

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? Barcelo and my Brother

What is my greatest extravagance? ( Have sent an animal modelled and embroidered with my hair to a friend writer … )

On what occasion would I lie? Every hour

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? When the toil replaces exaltation

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? In the South i had a common studio, I painted outside on a place, , very large canvas,  i ‘ was in touch with the looking people ( spectators )  i liked that, this exchange.

If I could, what would I change about myself? Nothing … ( i would be stronger , wilder , louder , louder )

What is my greatest achievement in work?  The images for the artistbooks with Mr Michel Houellebecq , I was, I believe that I was, just ( fair ) .

Where would I most like to live? Everywhere

What is my most treasured possession? The word ” possesssion ” troubles me , I possessed my tears, my smile, my pain, my joy, … oh , i ‘ found: my hands .

What is my most marked characteristic? My big mouth and my fervor

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The Subway

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? At Malakoff near Paris , you can eat the best pizza of the world and discuss ( in a small sicilian place : Pizza della nonna )

What books influenced my life and how?  Jean Hatzfeld ( all ) and Berthold Brecht ( all) for the need to act ” les choses ” de  Georges Perec , for space and time fractures, Musset ( all) Shakespeare ( all) Molière ( all) : Love / death/ laughter ( scream ) ” L art de la joie ” de Goliarda Sapienza , no resilience , but move forward and lives

Who are my favorite writers? Adventurous lives, rhythm, what burned and what calms ; ( Rimbaud, Cendrars , Malaquais, Malaparte,  Fo ,Eco, , Scisa , Sapienza , Balzac , Zola , Dumas , Pouchkine, Gauthier, Kipling, London, Steinbeck, Conrad, Tolkien , Bolano ,Bon, Bertina,  Joyce, Wilde, Connolly ( john)  , Harisson, Mac Carthy,  Mac Cann, Mac Coy, Landsale, Couto, Busch, Petterson, Padura, Pelecannos,  KEN KESEY … again and again … still so much writers
