What is the best thing that I love about my work? The thing I love most about my work is the connection. Deep connection with people. Being seen and being allowed to see the Self, the true Self. I love being in a group, teaching, learning, raising awareness, awakening the enormous potential in each one of us. The thing I love most about my work is that, every day I am more human.

What is my idea of perfect happiness? Perfect happiness… A mountain landscape, people, my husband and my sons, joy, good conversation, fireplace … and a glass of a good red wine

What is my greatest fear? My greatest fear… I really don´t know. Maybe loosing hope

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? The trait I most deplore in myself is self indulgence. Sometimes is stopping me to go further

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire Robert Dilts – his vision and his kindness

What is my greatest extravagance? This one is easy – travelling

On what occasion would I lie? All of us lie every day and many times

What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? The thing I dislike the most is all the back work – doing and printing manuals, powerpoints…

When and where was I the happiest, in my work? I have a lot of “happiest moments”. whenever someone awakens his potential and goes beyond what was limiting to move on and be the best version of himself, is a “happiest moment” for me.

If I could, what would I change about myself? I wouldn’t change anything

What is my greatest achievement in work? My greatest achievement is making a difference in peoples life´

Where would I most like to live? I already live in the most beautiful city in the world – Lisbon

What is my most treasured possession? Faith

What is my most marked characteristic? I am a generous and human.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? Going to the Castle and see the city. Having a coffee in Chiado. Have a drink near the river

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? My favourite place is Solar dos Nunes – very good food

What books influenced my life and how? Diary of a Mage from the Brasilian writer Paulo Coelho. I read the book in a very challenging time in my life. I had a serious accident and could not get out of bed. This book has awakened the magic in me.

Who are my favorite writers? Fernando Pessoa, Paulo Coelho, Carlos Drummond, Clarice Lispector, Mark Twain, John Steibeck

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? On earth as it is in heaven – Ennio Morricone

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Princess Leia

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? Every day women who work, who care for their children and who have to learn that they are worthy

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Cinema Paradíso.

What role plays art in my life and work? I love art, specially music. Music inspires me to be more creative, to contact with a lot of parts inside me.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? My husband

Whom would I like to work with in 2018? With the most inspire woman – Oprah. I admire her vision, her mission, her leadership capacity, her immense awareness of herself and the world and her congruency.

Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2018? I would like and I am sure that I am going to meet this year, people who are commited with ther vision for the world and do their part.

What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? This year I am starting new training in nlp.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? When we live our passion, we are whole heart “livers”. We go to work every day and we don´t work a single day. When you find a higher purpose, a true meaning in your work… it´s not work anymore, is living a life of realization
