What is the best thing that I love about my work? What I love most about my work is the possibility of being able to deal with different topics, the freedom to be able to range from literature to cinema, from music to current events, the freedom to cultivate my interests and put them at the service of a product, be it a periodical or a logo or a book.

What is my idea of perfect happiness? Happiness is the breath of air you do by getting out of a swim underwater in August in Puglia under the sun.

What is my greatest fear? Fear itself.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? The fact of being idealistic, I always expect a lot, this causes short circuits sometimes.

Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire the elegance of Emiliano Ponzi, the synthesis of Noma Bar, the eclecticism of Jamie Hewlett, the baroque being of Mark Ryden.

What is my greatest achievement in work? The gratification of the client, whether it be La Repubblica or a shop near the house.

Where would I most like to live? I like living in Italy, I love Milan and I can not stay too far from the sea of Puglia.

What is my most treasured possession? My family and curiosity in my work.

What is my most marked characteristic? The impulsiveness.

What is my most inspirational location, in my city? I live in a historic part of Milan, the Navigli, is a stimulating district, welcoming and extremely fascinating, inhabited by creative and historical Milanese families, the perfect combination of cities to welcome from a small town.

What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? I really love BASE, a former factory that has become a cultural pole. But there is nothing better than an aperitif at the Prada Foundation.

What books influenced my life and how? Pinocchio of Collodi, the fairy tales told to me by my mother. The texts of Greek and Roman legends encountered in growing together with Tolkien, Verne, to then meet Poe and never separate again, and still Ammaniti, Asimof, Rodari, Calvino, Munari, Eco .. etc. etc. etc. ..Books are the companions of a lifetime.

Who are my favorite writers? Hard to say, one for all Umberto Eco.

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Across the Universe of The Beatles, Life on Mars by Bowie, Hiperballad of Bjiork.

Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Tank Girl by Jamie Hewlett.

Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My mom.

Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? 8½ or The nights of Cabiria by Federico Fellini.

What role plays art in my life and work? An essential role for me is like having a thermometer with which to perceive the temperature of humanity.

Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? Myself.

Whom would I like to work with in 2018? I would like to work with the MOMA of New York, which among the museums has a very flourishing publishing sector, with interesting productions for the diffusion of art in all its forms and for every age group.

Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2018? I’d like to have a chat with Frank Viva.

What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? On my first book, a little story, very important for me.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? Passion is composed of many things, the most important for me is constancy, without constancy there is no passion.
