What is the best thing that I love about my work? I love my ability to create images that I mainly attach to shamanic spirits.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? Have in the future a big happy and happy family, with a house or a fixed place where you can always come back from a long journey.
What is my greatest fear? For me, a very difficult question, having been born in an era and a place of peace. If I had been born in a war period or in a war place, I would run away and not blame those who do it today. I consider other fears irrelevant or otherwise linked to knowledge gaps.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? I can not stand the shyness and insecurity of myself that often lead me to hide, I do not really like being in the spotlight.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire and esteem my audience, because it is really they who make me an artist, they are the ones who support me and always give me the strength to create something new. I often see enchanted faces in front of my works.
What is my greatest extravagance? I consider myself a very special person who likes to stay out of the box. But I think the strangest thing I do is collect bones from dead animals.
On what occasion would I lie? I do not like lies. I like being a transparent and clear person. If I had to lie I would do it to hide something personal.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? I love everything about my work, even the negative criticisms that come around come. I find it only a little tiring to make the preparations and not receive an answer when I ask to be able to exhibit in a specific place
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? At the time of the exhibitions in September 2017 in Cervignano del Friuli in Friuli Venezia Giulia in Giovinazzo in Puglia and in February 2018 in Portogruaro.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I would really like to be less shy.
What is my greatest achievement in work? Having been able to take part in the “Planetary Dance” performance at the 57th international exposition of the Venice Biennale, “Viva Arte Viva” by Anna Halprin.
Where would I most like to live? I have a feeling that I would love to live in Africa or have a home there where I could go.
What is my most treasured possession? My materials to create art. I can not stay without being able to create something every day!
What is my most marked characteristic? My eyes are the first thing you notice.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? I live in the country and we have a small wood where I sometimes love to go and take refuge.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? I eat a little outside the house, I like cooking. So I do not have a favorite place to eat outside the home
What books influenced my life and how? A book that certainly changed my life and that written by Marcel Griaule, “God of Water, meetings with Ogotemmêli”. I consider it a sacred book. Other books from which I draw are those written by C.G.Jung and Fritjof Capra and many others. I love books of fairy tales and legends of literature.
Who are my favorite writers? C.G.Jung, Steiner Rudolf, James Hillman etc. There are many good writers
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Traditional African music or classical music
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? The God of Knowledge Ananse Kokrofu, revered by the Akan people in Ghana.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? People who stand by my side every day.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? 2001 A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick, Arrival directed by Denis Villeneuve and The Green Planet of Colline Serreau.
What role plays art in my life and work? I believe art is the most powerful medicine in the world, capable of breaking down borders and uniting peoples. Art and the true holder of peace
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? They support me in many. In particular AIAPI | UNESCO partner that I will never thank enough for the important work that is taking place in Italy not only for me but also for all Italian artists.
Whom would I like to work with in 2018? Naturally with the best bidder. But it would be interesting to work with Yayoi Kusama.
Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2018? The artist Yayoi Kusama, the art collector Giuliano Gori and many other artists, critics, etc.
What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? I have already started to realize the new projects and question of time and something new will be seen
Where can you see me or my work in 2018? Momentarily personal exhibitions are interrupted due to the resumption of studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, but I’m going to participate in a collective exhibition that will take place in Rome at Artheka 32. Maybe in the summer if I can organize myself there will be new personal exhibitions
What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? To be an artist you have to be very strong and a very ruthless world, so the passion you must have for art must be part of yourself.
Which creative heroines should Peter invite to tell their story? I would suggest searching on the AIAPI website UNESCO partner, in the INTArt association of Conegliano and the CEA Foundation.
