What is the best thing that I love about my work? I love the idea that thanks to my art I can leave a trace for future generations.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? I’m really glad to see my passions realized
What is my greatest fear? I’m very afraid that human behavior could lead to the demise of the entire ecosysteme
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? Unfortunately I’m not very pragmatic
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? I admire all people that don’t stop believing in their art, even though all the adversities to overcome
What is my greatest extravagance? I have too often my head in the clouds
On what occasion would I lie? I would lie in order not to hurt other people’s feelings
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? I would like to have more time to devote to my art
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When I was selected from Luciano Benetton for “Imago Mundi”, for participating to a worldwide travelling exhibition.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I really don’t know, I feel okay the way I am
What is my greatest achievement in work? I managed to convey my passion to many of my students
Where would I most like to live? I would live everywhere, as long as there is the sea
What is my most treasured possession? I’m not attached to material things, so my most treasured possession is my offspring.
What is my most marked characteristic? I always try to cheer myself up by smiling and having a positive attitude
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? Fortunately, there are lots of greenery in my city that really inspire me
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? There is a wide and peaceful park close to my home. It’s an ideal place to have a meal
What books influenced my life and how? When I was a child, I used to read my father’s artbooks in his study. I started appreciating art and painting thanks to these books.
Who are my favorite writers? Oriana Fallaci and Alberto Moravia. Their characters are a great source of inspiration
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? It is always a great thrill to listen to Karajan playing Mozart’s Requiem
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? Anne of Green Gables because I admire her positive attitude and her sense of wonder
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? Rita Levi Montalcini, Madre Teresa di Calcutta and everyone that had helped others.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Terrence Malick’s “The Book of Life”. It’s visually stunning and very suggestive
What role plays art in my life and work? Art is essential and I’m really glad I managed to convey this idea to my offspring.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? All people that, even though they don’t know me personally, they support and estimate my work
Whom would I like to work with in 2018? I would like to form a collective with people I admire
Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2018? I’d like to meet people that have pleasure to spend their time to promote talented and little-known artists
What project, in 2018, am I looking forward to work on? I planned a collective exhibition focus on myths

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? An artist should never get tired of express himself. That’s the beauty and the thrill of being an artist
Which creative heroines should Peter invite to tell their story? There are plenty of talented artists. Giovanna Lombardo, Antonella Mazzoni, Jara Marzulli, Anna Frida Madia, Elisa Bertaglia, Eliana Petrizi are the first that jumped into my mind
