What is the best thing that I love about my work?

The best thing that I love about my work is “the realisation of artistic creativeness”. Such artistic creativeness is not entirely free, because I want to use my art as a language to treat social matters, therefore I need to ponder which form of communication might have the greatest effect on society.

What is my idea of perfect happiness?

I do not really think perfect happiness exists. As for me, something close to that would be “forgetting myself”. This means to separate myself from mundane desires, just like the sun and air, which are not insatiable and greedy entities, differently from humans.

What is my greatest fear?

My greatest fear is to fall prey of bad mood.

What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?

The trait I most deplore in myself is hoping that everybody around me be happy, at the point to sacrifice myself for them and bear mistreating.

A prominent schism between my optimism and pessimism, and the disappointment in human nature.

Whenever I want to avoid unnecessary disputes and conflicts.

The fact that at its origin an artistic career is hardly a way to make money, while in the end the value of artworks is measured in money.

During my third year of university, in the South-Korean city of Paju, and during my workshops of incision in Milan’s Brera.

If I could, what would I change about myself?

My living environment, I would lessen my dependence from material things.

What is my greatest achievement in work?

If we adopt the current definition of “achievement” in this society, then it’s my accomplishing of Master Degree with honours, which is difficult for a foreign student.

In a natural environment with a pleasant climate.

The presents and time my lover gave me.

My rambling thought.

All the places with a lot of plants.

Yayoi Kusama’s and Issey Miyake’s autobiographies, which stroke many sympathetic chords of mine, and Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari, which helped me clarifying many doubts I had about the human society.

Who are my favorite writers?

Laozi and Yuval Noah Harari.

You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day?

Sounds of nature, such as flowing water streams, leaves brushing in the wind, birds and insects chirping and so on.
