What is the best thing that I love about my work?
I’m a marketing consultant and my job is to help people to tell what they do, to communicate their products and services in an authentic way. The best thing about my work is their story, their passion. I love to find the right words to tell their story.
What is my idea of perfect happiness?
I have a very common idea of perfect happiness: no economical or health problems for me and my family.
What is my greatest fear?
Lose my loved ones, my family, my friends.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself?
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire?
Annamaria Testa and Luisa Carrada. They love words and they know how to use them.
What is my greatest extravagance?
I work also for a publishing house: I know a lot of writers and publishers. Everybody asks me if I write. It seems that everyone is writing fiction around me. I don’t.
On what occasion would I lie?
To protect the people I love
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work?
The bureaucracy. Losing time because of others; I hate to waste time on the disorganization of others.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work?
When the first customer thanked me for my help.
If I could, what would I change about myself?
More self-confidence, less fear of failure, no impostor syndrome.
What is my greatest achievement in work?
When a company that offers training to other companies and organizations called me to train more people.
Where would I most like to live?
I like my city, Torino. But I’d like to live in other cities as well: San Francisco, New York, Tokyo. Different cultures, different people.
What is my most treasured possession?
My hard disk with all my photos and my books.
What is my most marked characteristic?
I’m curious and meticulous.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city?
In the Parco del Valentino, near the Borgo medievale, there is a beautiful view on the river Po.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city?
It’s a hard question to answer! The last restaurant where I went and where I ate really well is Fratelli La Cozza.
What books influenced my life and how?
If I had to choose in fiction I would be in trouble! So i say “The storytelling animal: how stories make us human” by Jonathan Gottschall. This book gave me many answers about my job.

Anna Kerrigan, from Manhattan Beach by Jennifer Egan. Chihiro, from Spirited Away.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life?
Can I say my daughter? Joking aside, I do not think I have any. I admire many people for different reasons.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime?
Inside Out. We must learn to understand and not judge our (and other’s ones) emotions and feelings.

Huge. Art is inspiration, food for thought, fun.

My husband, Andrea.
