What is the best thing that I love about my work as actress and director?  I love to explore behind the visible reality, behind the manifest reality, behind the manifest facts. This does not mean trying to create imaginary worlds, but looking for the soul of our reality, opening the doors towards something deeper and unknown. Theater and Cinema allow me to do this.
What is my idea of perfect happiness? Happiness is in the moments, its meaning changes from time to time. Whenever I can live those moments I dream of, be with the people I want to be with, work on what I want to work, see the places I want to see, I’m happy. The rest is traveling.
What is my greatest fear? To see the people I love suffer and not being able to do anything for them.
What is the trait that I most deplore in myself? When my fears and my anxieties make me amplify little difficulties.
Which living persons in my profession do i most admire? David Lynch, poet and visionary, Darren Aronofsky, an artist full of courage, James Hillmanand Stephen William Hawking, immortal spirits.
What is my greatest extravagance? When I turn into the most fussy and stubborn of housewives.
On what occasion would I lie? When my lie improves the reality and has the chance to become the truth. When lying is a chance to evolve.
What is the thing that I dislike the most in my work? When you need information, help, support for your work, for your productions, and answers
come late or never. When someone answers “No” before even listening to you.
When and where was I the happiest, in my work? When one morning I sat in a movie theater for the export video test and saw the first feature film I’ve directed ready to go out.
If I could, what would I change about myself? I would like, when needed, to be less polite than what I usually am, because sometimes it is absolutely necessary to be not polite.
What is my greatest achievement in work? The support and trust of my collaborators and my loved ones.
Where would I most like to live? Iceland.
What is my most treasured possession? My patience, my perseverance, my foresight, that are the greatest things that I’ve been taught.
What is my most marked characteristic? My reserved personality.
What is my most inspirational location, in my city? The lighthouse by the sea.
What is my favourite place to eat and drink, in my city? A small café next to the lighthouse.
What books influenced my life and how? Jack London’s “White Fang” as it is the first book I read. I consider William Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” to be my actress and artist manual. “The mind of the traveler”, by Eric Leed, showed me the meaning of boundary, while James Hillman’s “Soul’s Code” put in to words everything I believe and imagine about life.
Who are my favorite writers? William Shakespeare, James Hillman, Antonio Moresco.
You Only Die Once. What music would I listen on my last day? Dean & Britta – Moonshot
Who is my hero or heroine in fiction? The main character of my feature film “Solo No” (“Versus”), Cecilia.
Who are my heroes and heroines in real life? My mother.
Which movie would i recommend to see once in a lifetime? Once upon a time in America by Sergio Leone.
What role plays art in my life and work? It’s my beloved damnation.
Who is my greatest fan, sponsor, partner in crime? My sister is my most determined fan, my man is my partner in crime.
Whom would I like to work with in 2019? In my wildest dreams I would like to be the lead actress in a Lynch film and to direct my next film starring Michael Fassbender.
Which people in my profession would i love to meet in 2019? Honest people, that’s it.
What project, in 2019, am I looking forward to work on? I would like to take on stage the show I’m working on, based on the book “Mal di fuoco” by Jonny Costantino, as well as “Beckett on Tourette” a tragicomic show inspired by a masterpiece scene of the feature film “The square”, directed by Ruben Östlund.

What do the words “Passion Never Retires” mean to me? It means all I believe in, all for which I fight in silence and without making too much noise. It means that you cannot run away from yourself and that every choice has a cost.
