Hello Storytelling


Develop a common language and understanding of  storytelling across your organization. This flexible one day storytelling experience introduces professionals to the concepts of the storytelling process and offers storytellers a tried-and-tested approach to creative problem solving. During this Heroine’s Journey delivered by Peter de Kuster and his team you will work with a variety of tried and tested storytelling tools to shape, structure, and optimize innovation within your organization. You will also explore and develop your role as a creative leader and complete The Heroine’s Journey Assessment that will provide unique insights about your present and new business story.

Stories for Innovation is an impactful learning experience for executives and senior professionals who share a passion for innovation. You will be challenged to learn-by-doing and to come up with new ideas and solutions in small groups. From Stories to Action is a deep dive into the storytelling skills of ideation, prototyping, and iteration. This 5-day journey will teach you how to frame your ideas as story experiments and bring others in on your vision of the future. Use story experimentation to learn from failure and move from incremental to radical innovation.

Creating your Business Story

At The Heroine’s Journey, instead of coming up with a plan for how every part of a business could work, we design an ongoing sequence of small, rapid story prototypes to learn if and how the business will work. Learn an storytelling way to remove risk from creating new business models by testing your assumptions early to build stronger, more innovative solutions and get to product-market fit faster.


In this course, you’ll combine traditional business strategy with the methods and mindsets of storytelling, and prototype three parts of a business—your clients story, value story proposition and offer, revenue model, and selling your story.  You’ll unite the analytical with the creative, prototype to get tangible early, and focus on people to uncover new opportunities and unlock more value from existing offers.
